Walk in the Woods
Sometimes I just need to get out and take a walk with my camera. It helps me to refocus on my eye, my art and my self.

So I have been really busy wrapping up album designs from the last of my 2008 weddings. It has been a pleasure working with these wonderful couples and I hope they cherish these albums for generations to come.
I am so thankful for my family and friends in Ohio, Massachusetts and everywhere! But I am truly grateful that we made the leap to Ohio and our new life here. It feels right. I love our home and our community and I am excited to see what comes next for us.
Ali and Mario are a wonderful couple. Just ready to get out in the world and make it their own. They put together a warm and wonderful wedding with the help of all their family and friends. There is something so wonderful about handmade weddings. It was a great day at the Wellington Reservoir, sunny and gorgeous, but with a crazy wind.
I had the pleasure of meeting little Eva Lucia today. What a cutie! Look at that hair! None of my kids had much hair as babies, so I am just blown away when they do. So cute. Eva is super aware and a sweet baby. Congratuations you guys!
Our good friends Alex and Deborah asked if they could stay with us for a few days while
they were visiting family in Ohio. Of course we jumped at the opportunity to see them
and to finally meet their precious, adorable baby girl!
What I love about day-after sesions is how much more relaxed and creative I can get with my clients. There is no pressure to get back to the wedding, or feeling like anyone is missing out on something, or worrying about the vows (if we are doing a before the wedding session). Here the couple just got to revel in the glow that comes from getting married. And Maureen’s hair looked so sexy too!
Ana was referred to me through Meredith and Charles. She is pregnant with her second child, although her first is 16 years old. So, even though she has been through this before, it feels like her first all over again.
I had the pleasure of capturing Jackie’s Senior Session today. Jackie is a sweet girl. She loves to read and to sing and we tried to incorporate those elements into our photo shoot.
Meredith and Charles discovered me through my work at OECC. Meredith asked if I would capture some fun family moments with her two boys. I was honored.
