Anna & Rafa's Oberlin Wedding

This wedding was very special to me. I actually babysat Anna when she was a young girl because her father was my college advisor. Her dad was, and is an amazing professor and did what every college advisor should do – advised me like my own father would have done.

Jody & Mark's First Church of Oberlin Wedding

Jody & Mark’s love story is wonderful fodder for romantics like myself. Jody is a professor of Music Education at Oberlin College. She has lovely friends, a wonderful job – in other words, a fantastic life. She had tried online dating for awhile with no luck.

Lili & Ian's Oberlin Wedding at the Frank Lloyd Wright House

For their wedding, they chose the Frank Lloyd Wright House in Oberlin, Ohio which is owned by Oberlin College and managed by the Art Museum. It was a small and intimate outdoor wedding and the day was unbelievably beautiful. The day, May the 21st, had special significance to the families as well. It was the holiday of Saints Constantine and Helen.

Jane & Hubert's Josaphat Arts Hall Wedding

Jane & Hubert met at a party, dancing. And now that I have been to their wedding and seen Hubert dance, I know why Jane was so intrigued. He is an amazing dancer and a consummate gentleman. But I’m getting ahead of myself.

Amy & Greg's Olmsted Falls Wedding

Amy & Greg are an adorable couple. You may remember their e-session with their dog Bella, but feel free to go back and check the super cute photos out again. I had a blast getting to know them and I was really looking forward to their wedding which was set for a beautiful summer day.

Dee Dee & Kyle's Outdoor Wellington Wedding

Deanna contacted me about 5 weeks before her wedding. She comes from a very artistic family and was having a homespun wedding on her parents’ beautiful land in Wellington, Ohio. As with many DIY wedding couples, they are working so hard on so many of the details of their wedding that they suddenly realize how important it is to hire a professional to capture their wedding day and not take any chances. In my opinion (and of course I really love and value photography) it is the most important thing to spend your money on.

Nika & Patrick's Elyria Country Club Wedding

Nika called me right after she got engaged because I have been working with her family for the past 2 years and she wanted to make sure I was available before she scheduled her wedding date! How flattering is that?!? I gave her my open dates and she set about getting the rest of the details in place.
