Mystic 3

Today I drove down to Mystic, CT (early in the morning) to attend Mystic 3. It was a conference set up by Water van Dusen.
These seminars are a great way for photographers to get together to learn from each other, see new products and push each other to be better photographers. I try to attend seminars and classes as often as I can.
Of all the speakers I was most blown away by Ben Chrisman. This guy is unreal, he is so good. What truly impressed me, besides his gorgeous photographs, was his relaxed attitude and approach to photography. He uses just 2 lenses, spends all weekend long with his couples (if he can) and really just becomes a part of the event. His hotographs don’t just document the day, they are art unto themselves.
