Sara is a senior at Wellington High School. She found out about me through a photo I took of her sister Macey. Macey had just had her braces taken off and she came into my studio with her mom for the Smile Photos I provide for patients of Dr. Falk here in Oberlin. We got to talking and they liked my work and Macey's mom told me that Sara needed her senior photos taken and could we do them soon. Well, I had a break in my schedule that weekend and the weather was looking good (amazing for November), so we signed her up. The only catch, I needed Macey to watch my kids since my husband was unavailable. Macey was game, so we were on!
Sara came in with a bunch of outfits including her AMAZING prom dress. Right away I started having visions of her wearing this gorgeous dress in a field and at some of my other favorite locations.
Sara also brought along her saxophone. I always encourage seniors to bring in items that mean a lot to them. If I can find a way to incorporate them into the photos in a fresh way, that isn't cheesy, I will do it. She also brought along some fun shoes and accessories.
