Asa turned 3 today and we celebrated with a Pink Party. He is obsessed with the color pink and I wanted to let him have a big pink party while he still could. We told everyone to come dressed in pink or red. We had pink, purple and red balloons and a cake with Dora and Boots and a purple butterfly. It was a great party, but again, I felt somewhat sad that we wouldn't be celebrating his upcoming birthdays with this group of kids that he has grown up with.
That is the difficult thing about moving. You are in transition leading up to the move and then in transition after the move.
Happy Birthday to my little guy! You are one of a kind and I wouldn't change a thing!
