Kat's Headshots

For theater headshots it is really important to figure out what your casting type is. You need to create a look that works for how you tend to be cast. This is something I work on when photographing actors. We try different outfits, expressions, etc. until we get that winning image and I always want some feeling in the eyes.

I also like to provide a variety of images - some traditional headshots, some non-traditional - since marketing yourself takes many forms these days. An interesting image on facebook or your web site can pull someone in, but you still need a strong headshot for auditions.

Here are a few cool images that I took of Kat. She is an Oberlin theater major (and really good from what I hear). She is also just an all-around cool girl! Best of luck and keep me posted on your life after Oberlin!
